Refund policy

At ArtistryLy Studios, every artwork is either made-to-order or carefully curated to ensure quality and uniqueness. As such, we maintain a strict policy to protect both our artists and business integrity.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any custom, made-to-order, or personalized artworks.

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 5 days of delivery. Item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging.
Any sign of use, damage, or repackaging will void return eligibility.

All return requests must be submitted via email to [your email]. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only upon our approval and after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be covered by the buyer.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to decline refund for any item not meeting return criteria.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
