2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order works are created based on client specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Clients are responsible for submitting correct information and reference materials for custom requests. ArtistryLy Studios is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

3. Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, and content on this site are the intellectual property of ArtistryLy Studios or its partners. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Billing

We accept secure online payments. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary based on item type and location. Made-to-order artworks may take additional time. Delays due to customs, carriers, or force majeure are not the responsibility of ArtistryLy Studios.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties applied upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
